At Elanco, Jyoti has served in key leadership roles in Global Total Rewards and Talent Management, where she led the redesign of the employee recognition program and the implementation of a new employee engagement and feedback platform. She has also held leadership positions in Finance, including Head of Finance, at Novartis Animal Health Canada and Director of Finance and Operations, at Elanco Canada, where she played a key role in the Novartis/Elanco integration and subsequent Bayer acquisition.
