Keltie Neville is an accomplished Human Resources leader with a proven track record in shaping high-performing, inclusive workplace cultures. Drawing on experience across startups and global brands—including ecobee, shomi™, and Dentsu—Keltie specializes in talent development, organizational culture, and people-focused strategies that drive business results.
She holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from George Brown College, as well as advanced studies in Leadership Essentials and English Literature from the University of Toronto. Known for her ability to blend strategic vision with empathy, Keltie has guided teams through transformation, growth, and innovation, creating environments where both people and businesses can thrive.
Outside of her current role as Head of People and Culture at Vetster, Keltie is a mentor with The People People Group and The Rosie Mentorship Program, and volunteers with the dog rescue Save our Scruff.
