Check-in, breakfast, and all education sessions will take place on the Mezzanine Level, Lower Level 2, and 2nd Floor of the venue.
Check-in and breakfast opens at 8:00 AM. Grab your badge in the Mandarin Foyer on Lower Level 2 and then head to the Mezzanine Level or 2nd Floor to grab breakfast. The Opening Main Stage begins at 8:45 AM and will in the Mandarin Ballroom on Lower Level 2! Please read all information on this page carefully to ensure you can easily find your way on time.

Self-parking is available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown.

The WorldatWork Meetings app is the official conference app. This is your one-stop shop for all things Total Rewards Canada. You can connect with others attending the event through the mobile app and create your personal schedule.

How to Download and Access the App:
- Download the WorldatWork Meetings app from the Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
- Click on "Get started" and enter your email address used to register then click "Continue." You will receive an email to activate the event.
- Open the email from your mobile device. To activate your account, click on the link in the email or enter the code in the app.
Access to the mobile app is restricted to conference registrants. Team orders and invoice customers must complete the attendee form using a redemption code in order to gain access to the mobile app.

What to Wear
Dress is business or elevated casual. Be sure to dress comfortably and bring layers as meeting rooms can get chilly. Wear comfortable shoes! You'll get your steps in.
