She brings deep HR leadership experience across talent, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, leadership coaching, and workforce transformation.

 Brittney is passionate about developing others and leading teams through constant change with clarity, trust, and a bias for action. She believes great HR leadership is about helping people grow while creating the systems, habits, and culture that allow teams to do their best work, even as the business continues to evolve.

As an AI-forward people leader, Brittney believes HR has a real opportunity to make work better, not just faster. At Duck Creek, she has championed the use of AI and custom GPTs to reduce repetitive work, improve consistency, and give HR teams more time and energy for the strategic work that matters most. Her perspective is grounded in real-world HR operations, executive partnership, and a healthy bias toward tools that actually help people do their jobs.

 Prior to Duck Creek, Brittney held HR leadership roles across technology, aviation, retail, hospitality, and consumer brands. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University and lives in Columbus, Ohio, where life outside of work is mostly shaped by her family, including the joy and chaos of having a new kindergartner.
