Kevin Fyock serves as the North American Innovation Leader for Aon Health Solutions, where he leads the development and deployment of forward-thinking strategies that address the evolving needs of clients across the health and benefits landscape. In this role, Kevin partners closely with internal teams and clients to deliver integrated solutions that combine Aon’s thought leadership, strategic partnerships, and emerging technologies.

With a strong focus on innovation, Kevin’s team is responsible for identifying and scaling new capabilities that enhance workforce health, mitigate people-related risks, and drive measurable business outcomes. His work spans solution development, market strategy, and the application of advanced analytics—particularly in areas such as GLP-1 utilization, high-cost claimants, and workforce productivity.

Kevin began his career at Towers Perrin, where he spent nearly 15 years in various leadership roles, including serving as the Greater Philadelphia health market leader. He later joined Buoy Health, a digital health technology company, where he led sales and channel partnerships. This blend of advisory and startup experience gives Kevin a unique perspective on the intersection of human capital strategy and innovation.

Throughout his career, Kevin has advised organizations of all sizes, with a significant focus on the largest and most complex and high-profile client relationships. He has successfully designed and launched scalable solutions that have been adopted nationwide, helping clients navigate the dynamic U.S. health ecosystem with agility and insight.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy & Administration with a concentration in biological sciences, and a minor in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University. He completed advanced executive education in Health Care Artificial Intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a licensed life, health, and accident insurance producer in Pennsylvania.
