Jason Bloch leads McKinsey's global compensation market intelligence team, transforming external insights into actionable strategy, while overseeing compensation of the firm's senior internal colleagues. Located in New York City, Jason has nearly 15 years of compensation experience. Prior to joining McKinsey eight years ago, Jason was most recently a compensation consultant at WTW. He holds an MBA from New York University and is an alumnus of Middlebury College.
