Erica leads the Client Success and Growth teams at Addition Wealth and is part of the founding team. In her role, she manages client relationships, ensures the delivery of exceptional service, and provides strategic insights to optimize the employer and employee experience. Prior to Addition Wealth, Erica worked at Consumer Edge and in investment banking at Barclays. She is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.
