Ryan is a Manager in the People Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. He has been with EY for 6.5 years and specializes in broad-based compensation focusing primarily on compensation benchmarking, job family architecture, job profiling and incentive plan design. Ryan has worked in both lead and support capacities to drive effective project delivery of complex compensation projects. He has served a variety of clients across numerous industries, both US-based and globally. As a Manager, Ryan drives day-to-day project activities and supports developing strong client relationships.
