Vyshali Mokadam is a Managing Director in the People Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. She brings more than 25 years of human resources experience, with a deep specialization in Total Rewards. Vyshali has extensive expertise in the design, implementation, and management of broad-based compensation and benefits programs across a wide range of industries and geographies. As a leader within the Compensation practice, she oversees large-scale, enterprise-wide projects focused on compensation strategy and program assessment, job family and career architecture, market pricing, job mapping, and incentive plan design. Her work supports organizations in aligning their rewards programs with business strategy and workforce needs.

Vyshali holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College. She is also a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
