Prachi Ahuja is a Practice Director at Everest Group, specializing in human resources and talent acquisition technology platforms, rewards and recognition (R&R) solutions, and vendor management systems (VMS). In her role, Prachi leads research initiatives and advisory engagements, helping organizations optimize their HR processes and adopt innovative technologies to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Before joining Everest Group, Prachi worked as a Strategy Research Manager at The Smart Cube, where she contributed to high-impact projects involving competitor analysis and custom research engagements for consulting clients. Prachi holds a bachelor’s degree in economics (Hons) from Delhi University and a master’s degree in business administration in marketing from Christ University, Bangalore.
