Susan Westfall is a Senior Compensation Analyst at Qlik, where she supports the Customer Success and Operations business line. She partners closely with Culture and Talent Business Partners to deliver data driven compensation strategies that align pay decisions with business performance and workforce objectives.

Previously, Susan served as Americas Compensation Manager at Avantor, overseeing compensation programs for more than 4,500 associates across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Chile. She led regional compensation strategy, strengthened governance, and advanced analytics to ensure pay practices supported growth and operational priorities.

Earlier in her career, Susan was a Project Compensation Consultant at The Rosen Group, leading global job description initiatives and training HR business partners on compensation programs. She also held multiple compensation and analytics roles at Stantec, delivering actionable insights across diverse business lines.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Outcome and Process Management in Business from Arizona State University. She brings analytical rigor, operational partnership, and a clear focus on enabling fair, effective, and business aligned reward strategies.
