Lesli Jennings leads WTW’s North America Work, Rewards & Careers Practice, partnering with organizations to design and deliver innovative, practical solutions that attract, engage, develop, and reward talent. Her work focuses on aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational, cultural, and commercial success.

 Lesli brings more than 25 years of experience across talent and rewards in both consulting and industry, spanning a wide range of sectors. Her expertise includes job leveling and architecture, career frameworks and pathing, skills- and work-based models, broad-based and global compensation design, performance management, succession planning, talent strategy, organization design and transformation, and flexible and hybrid work.

 Lesli holds a B.S. from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She resides in Chicago with her husband and three children and is actively involved in community and nonprofit efforts focused on expanding access to quality employment.
