As a former Head of Compensation at First Republic Bank and Director of Compensation at Credit Suisse, he's designed executive pay programs, navigated regulatory complexity, and led global system implementations firsthand. Vismay is a vocal advocate for treating compensation as a strategic lever rather than an administrative function, and is deeply engaged in the evolving conversations around pay transparency, pay equity, and the role of AI in making smarter, fairer pay decisions. He holds an MBA from Bentley University and completed MIT Sloan's Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy program.
