Vismay Gada is a compensation industry veteran who has spent more than 20 years at the intersection of pay strategy, technology, and business transformation. He currently serves as Chief Evangelist and Global Head of Financial Services at beqom, where he works with some of the world's largest and most complex organizations to rethink how they connect compensation to performance, equity, and business outcomes.
What sets Vismay apart is that he's lived the compensation challenge from every angle. As a former Head of Compensation at First Republic Bank and Director of Compensation at Credit Suisse, he's designed executive pay programs, navigated regulatory complexity, and led global system implementations firsthand. That practitioner lens shapes how he thinks about the future of the discipline, not from theory, but from the realities of running compensation at scale.
Vismay is a vocal advocate for treating compensation as a strategic lever rather than an administrative function, and is deeply engaged in the evolving conversations around pay transparency, pay equity, and the role of AI in making smarter, fairer pay decisions. He holds an MBA from Bentley University and completed MIT Sloan's Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy program.
