Brad Shuck
Professor and Fullbright Scholar
University of Louisville

Dr. Brad Shuck is a globally recognized authority on employee engagement, organizational culture, and the behavioral science of workforce performance. A Fulbright Scholar and tenured Full Professor at the University of Louisville, Dr. Shuck is a leading voice on how high-integrity cultures serve as a psychological shield for talent and a primary driver of organizational ROI.

As an entrepreneur and scholar-practitioner, Dr. Shuck is the Co-Founder of OrgVitals, a culture-analytics platform, and the founder of LEAD Research, LLC. His data-informed approach has redefined the employee experience for global organizations, including Coca-Cola, Hewlett-Packard, Soane, and EDP. His work uniquely integrates behavioral economics and decision science to show how culture and total rewards function as silent signals that dictate engagement, retention, and elite talent attraction.

A prolific innovator, Dr. Shuck holds four U.S. copyrights and has pioneered pioneering intellectual property that challenges traditional paradigms of organizational behavior. Outside of the boardroom, he is a proud Kentucky Colonel, a semi-professional drummer, and a former contestant on Wheel of Fortune. He also serves—Ted Lasso-style—as an assistant coach for his daughter’s middle school soccer team, bringing a contagious sense of purpose and hopeful leadership to every field he steps on.
