Chris is HRCI’s CIO and digital strategist, setting and executing HRCI’s AI, Analytics, Technology, and Engineering strategies to serve our customers and community. Before HRCI, Chris led global teams at Laureate Education, at that time the biggest global Higher Ed company, building AI and data products to help students and universities succeed. Chris also worked at PwC, AoL-Time Warner, and a boutique management consulting and software company. He has also co-founded and exited a start-up outside the U.S. Chris volunteers as a mentor to startups at Lighthouse Labs, a top 25 seed accelerator, and supplying his data, tech, and product expertise at the U.S. Digital Response. Chris has degrees in Math, Economics, and Operations Research-Systems Engineering.
