Benjamin Tudor is the Vice President, Total Compensation & Organizational Development for the Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS), where he leads the system’s compensation (broad-based, executive, and physician/advanced practice provider) retirement and employee financial wellness, and talent/organizational development functions that serve more than 30,000 employees across YNHHS’ five delivery networks. He is a trusted advisor to leaders across YNHHS and its affiliated Yale School of Medicine on rewards, job architecture, performance management, and workforce education. Prior to joining YNHHS, Ben was a Manager with Veralon (now VMG Health), where he oversaw the delivery of the firm’s business valuation, physician compensation, and merger/affiliation-related advisory services. 

Ben earned his Bachelor of Arts from Centre College, his Master of Health Administration from the Sloan Program in Health Administration at Cornell University and is currently a doctoral student in industrial/organizational psychology.

He is a member of the Advisory Council of the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals (AAPCP) and has contributed to thought leadership through publications and presentations on behalf of Payscale, AAPCP, the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the American Health Law Association (AHLA), Business Valuation Resources, and the New England Society for Healthcare Strategy. Ben and his wife reside in Weston, Connecticut with their two sons.
