Samantha Coker is an accomplished Human Resources executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning construction, field services, and professional services. As Chief Human Resources Officer for Apache Industrial Holdings, she leads all aspects of people strategy, communications, and culture for a workforce of more than 5,000 employees across North America.

Known for her passion for creating opportunity and driving results, Samantha focuses on delivering value to the business while helping employees build better lives. She is proud to lead a team of talented HR professionals who share her commitment to excellence, integrity, and impact.

Before joining Apache, Samantha held senior HR leadership roles with both domestic and international scope. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University and a master’s degree in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University, along with SHRM-CP, SPHR, and HR Project Manager certifications.  An active contributor to the HR community, Samantha has served on the Board of Directors for HR Houston and remains active in the organization as a presenter and course instructor.
