Morgan Todd Ledford brings over 25 years of leadership experience in HR strategy, business partnership, and talent management to her consulting practice. She has demonstrated agility across healthcare, technology, and retail industries, working with organizations ranging from small enterprises to Fortune 500 global companies.

Morgan is passionate about helping organizations attract, develop, and optimize talent strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. A trusted advisor and executive coach, she combines data-driven insights with innovative practices to deliver practical, impactful solutions that enable change and transformation.

Before transitioning to consulting 2 years ago, Morgan held senior leadership roles spanning the full talent lifecycle—including attraction, assessment, coaching, development, organizational design, DEI&B, culture and engagement, performance enablement, change management, and succession planning for senior leaders and C-suites. Most recently, she served as VP of Talent Management & DEIB at Omnicell, following 11 years at McKesson in progressively responsible roles, including VP of Talent Partnership/Talent Management and HR Business Partner leadership. Her earlier career includes HR leadership positions at Ironworks Consulting, Circuit City, and ProQuest.

Morgan earned a BA in Psychology from Davidson College, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, and an MS in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. She resides in Richmond, VA.
