Originally from Chicago, Ryan now calls the Twin Cities home and has been a TCCN member since 2006. A seasoned compensation leader with an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, he brings over 15 years of experience across manufacturing, technology, retail, and financial services. Known for his data-driven, behavioral economics approach, Ryan specializes in designing sales and non-sales incentives, global rewards, and executive compensation with a focus on behavior-driven strategies. He lives in Woodbury with his spouse, three kids, a high-energy black lab, and two kittens. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, travel, and exploring the Bell Museum, Science Museum, Children’s Museum, and MN Zoo with his family.
