Cécile Gobbens is an HR professional with deep expertise in people operations and culture, compensation and benefits, HR technology, talent management, and compliance. She has built her career across the biopharma and financial sectors, working in the United States, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

Currently serving as Senior Manager of Total Rewards for North America at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., Cécile supports the design and delivery of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that align with Ipsen’s Total Rewards strategy and philosophy. She also oversees the implementation and communication of rewards offerings and drives data analysis and market reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Prior to her current role, Cécile managed annual compensation and benefits cycles, implemented HR systems, partnered closely with business leaders, and ensured compliance with employment and benefits regulations.

Cécile holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve and a Bachelor's degree in Human and Social Sciences from the University of Mons, both in Belgium. She is a Certified Compensation Analyst and is currently pursuing her Compensation Professional Certification.
