She has led compensation and benefits strategy at both the enterprise and business-unit level, guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and organizational alignment.

Jaye holds certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) from WorldatWork.
