With two decades of experience in compensation strategy and HR systems implementations, Marc isn’t your run-of-the-mill consultant, he’s a Comp Geek who blends the science of data analytics with the art of human motivation. He designs compensation solutions that not only optimize business performance but also help people thrive through equitable pay programs. 

As a WorldatWork Faculty Member and former Payscale Customer Advisory Board member, Marc brings credibility, not just certifications. Whether he’s teaching, advising, or designing, he’s equally at ease explaining complex compensation models or cracking a compensation-themed joke. 

When Marc isn’t building pay programs or hosting comp webinars, you can find him running at sunrise, traveling with his wife Robyn and two sons, or hunting down great live music.
