Chayla is an experienced health and well-being professional with a diverse background in employee engagement, public health, and culturally inclusive employer sponsored wellness programs. Her interest in health promotion and well-being stems from a conglomerate of educational opportunities, clinical experience, as well as her personal desire to make a significant impact in the domain of public health.


Chayla currently leads QTS Data Centers global well-being program. Prior to joining QTS, Chayla served as the Senior Benefits Program Manager at Intuit. She has led global well-being initiatives and programs for several companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Brill, formerly CSM Bakery Solutions and Mailchimp. Chayla's passion for comprehensive wellness programs is rooted in the social determinants of health, culturally competency and cultural sensitivity, as well as her relentless pursuit to seek effective point solutions that holistically support and address all facets of an individual’s well-being journey; in moments of time when it matters most.


A native of Atlanta, GA, Chayla is a graduate of Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College in Baton Rouge, LA, where she earned a B.S., in Biology (with a concentration in Microbiology), North Georgia College and State University (currently The University of North Georgia), where she earned a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions (RMU), in Provo, UT where she received her Ph.D. in Health Promotion and Wellness.
