Krystle Lee brings more than fifteen years of global human resources experience to her role as Vice President of Human Resources at American AllWaste. She leads the design and execution of people strategies that strengthen performance, enhance culture, and support long-term growth. Working closely with the executive team, Krystle oversees all areas of human resources including talent management, total rewards, employee relations, and organizational development. Her work ensures that every initiative aligns with the company’s goals and values.
Krystle is known for combining strategic insight with a people-first approach. She believes that authentic connection and clear communication create stronger teams and better results. Throughout her career, she has built programs that improve engagement, increase retention, and position organizations as employers of choice.
She shares her expertise at industry conferences and internal forums, speaking on topics such as benefits design, employee engagement, and the future of work. Krystle holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development from LSU (Geaux Tigers!).
