Lianne LaTorre is a Director of Mayo Clinic’s Complex Care Program.  Lianne joined the team in 2024 and brings a wealth of experience to her role. She spent 20 years in the health insurance industry, focusing on client satisfaction, new client acquisition, and client retention. She has also worked with providers to create new, and advance existing relationships with physicians.  

Lianne started her Mayo career on the laboratory side in 2016 starting as a Regional Manager and became one of their first National Account Executives hired in May of 2019 to focus on strategic clients. Lianne was successful in both roles while navigating and understanding the initiatives of her accounts and connecting with the Executive leadership. 

Lianne has her Bachelor of Arts from Central Connecticut State University in Communication with a Business minor and currently resides in Connecticut with her husband and two daughters.
