After nearly 18 years with SLB, I now work as Senior Compensation & Payroll Manager at Par Pacific, a growth-oriented energy company operating refineries, logistics, and retail networks across the United States. My career path has taken me through roles where I’ve built compensation frameworks from scratch, streamlined system utilization, and supported business growth and acquisitions through clear, data-driven HR practices.

Today, I am especially passionate about how AI can reshape the HR space — from simplifying day-to-day HR operations and decisions to creating career guides and recognition programs that connect people to purpose.
