She currently serves as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and Transformation at AdventHealth, where she drives people-focused strategies that shape the future of the workforce.

In her role, Alinka leads initiatives that strengthen culture, enhance employee experience, and improve team member engagement, growth, and retention—ensuring alignment with AdventHealth’s mission and business goals. She oversees the Organizational Effectiveness Center of Expertise, which designs and delivers enterprise programs such as Succession Planning, Organizational Design, Change Management, Team Member Experience, and Culture Integration. In parallel, her Transformation Office reimagines and integrates HR functions, advancing continuous improvement and preparing the organization for the future.

Recognized by colleagues as the “people-whisperer,” Alinka is known for cultivating collaboration, emotional intelligence, and innovation. Over her 12-year tenure at AdventHealth, she has led the HR Strategic Office, guided Talent Strategies, and served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Through her strategic vision and passion for people, Alinka plays a pivotal role in evolving AdventHealth’s workforce, ensuring the organization thrives in a rapidly changing environment.
