Rena Freeman is associate chief people officer at AdventHealth. She is an experienced leader in Human Resources, responsible for total rewards strategy, organization effectiveness and supports regional chief people officers in AdventHealth’s Florida Division. She leads HR activities for all mergers and acquisitions and also leads in the development and maintenance of all HR policies to support the organization’s mission and talent strategy.

Rena previously served as the organization’s vice president of total rewards. Her career includes serving in various capacities with AdventHealth and the Central Florida Division over the course of 30 years.

Freeman earned a master's degree in business administration from Miami University (Ohio), and a bachelor's degree from Andrews University. Currently, she serves as board chair for two AdventHealth companies, and has served as an officer in various community organizations.
