With over 20 years of experience in management consulting and human resources, Sonya oversees a diverse team responsible for compensation and benefits programs worldwide across 17 countries. Her expertise lies in developing impactful, market-aligned rewards solutions that support employees throughout their career lifecycle while promoting a culture of equity and respect. Previously, Sonya has held senior roles in talent management and served as a trusted strategic business partner. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, two teenagers, and cavapoo.
