Currently serving as Senior Director of Compensation & Executive Services at Sutter Health, one of California’s largest nonprofit integrated health systems, Milan leads enterprise-wide compensation strategy, including executive pay, job architecture, and compensation governance for over 60,000 employees.

Milan is recognized for his ability to translate business strategy into scalable, equitable, and financially responsible compensation frameworks.
