Jamie is a Senior Business Development Manager in Aon’s Talent Solutions practice in London and in her ten years at Aon, she’s worked with some of the most innovative firms in the world to support them with their Reward challenges. Specifically, she enjoys bringing a holistic solution to support her clients’ Total Rewards needs. With both national and international clients spanning a variety of sectors, Jamie is adept at supporting her clients with expert knowledge of Aon’s Radford McLagan Compensation Database and showing clients how they can maximize the available data and insights to further their business objectives. Jamie graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University.
