As more and more states add statutes requiring companies to not only post ranges for all jobs they advertise, but also to allow employees to access their own ranges, focus becomes on accessing and achieving market data for all regional locations. Increasingly, companies have made the decision to go beyond states’ statues and provide all employes access to ranges across the entire United States.
