Sheena Jacob is a distinguished Total Rewards Leader with a proven track record of driving strategic compensation and benefits initiatives across diverse industries. With over 20 years of experience, Sheena has consistently demonstrated her expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive total rewards programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.

Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards and People Operations at IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, health and biosciences, Sheena oversees the development and execution of innovative compensation, benefits, and wellness strategies, and ensures seamless and efficient HR operations to support 22,000 employees globally. Prior to IFF, Sheena held a variety of Total Rewards positions at American Express, J.P. Morgan Chase, and CIT Group.

Sheena's leadership is characterized by her ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and her commitment to leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making. She has led cross-functional teams in the rollout of global initiatives, most recently having successfully completed a global Total Rewards harmonization and implementing Workday across 63 countries. 

Sheena holds a Master’s in Human Resources and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of HR professionals.
