A seasoned leader with over 30 years of related experience in Total Rewards education and communications in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Financial Services industries. Liz develops and implements Total Rewards education and communications for leaders, HR, associates and managers in the areas of compensation, benefits, well-being, and mobility to advance the understanding of Total Rewards plans, programs, processes, and policies.

Prior to joining BD, Liz spent five years with Pfizer, Inc, where she served as a Manager, Health and Insurance Plans, HR Policies and Communications.  Liz managed Pfizer’s insurance and disability plans, voluntary benefits, HR Policies and a variety of employee programs, such as Educational Assistance and Dependent Care Programs.  At Pfizer, Liz was also the lead for health, wellness and HR policy communications for Total Rewards. Prior to Pfizer, Liz was a VP, Total Rewards Communications at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for 20 years.
