Rebecca Kuzemchak is an employee engagement, change management, and communications specialist with a decade of consulting experience across sectors including government, utilities, pharmaceuticals, and insurance. Her work spans all areas of HR – including benefits, compensation, talent and performance management, retirement readiness, total wellbeing, and employee value proposition – as well as broader organizational change.
Often engaged for complex, fast-moving, many-deliverable campaigns, Kuzemchak is equal parts detail-oriented and big-picture-focused. She brings a keen ability to synthesize information and listening data into themes, recommendations, and action plans, for executive audiences and project team members alike. As a strategist, writer, and project manager, Rebecca’s clients rely on her to transform complex concepts into easy-to-understand, educational, and action-oriented communications that help employees understand the “why, what, how, and what’s in it for me” of their total rewards program, and to take action and make informed decisions where required. She works as a true extension of her clients’ teams, becoming intimately familiar with the details of plans, tone, and ways of working in order to develop communications that resonate with employees and drive organizational objectives.
Rebecca earned a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and also holds a master’s degree in fine art. She was recently selected as a BenefitsPRO Luminary for her work in HR and organizational change communications. She is based in New York.
