Currently, she operates as an independent consultant through MLD Consulting, a firm she founded in 2020. Michelle’s clients range from Fortune 100 companies to innovative start-ups, with notable partnerships including Johnson & Johnson, Raytheon Technologies, Uber Freight, Reworld (formerly Covanta), and Riskified.

Specializing in mobility policy consulting, operational optimization, and relationship management, Michelle has a proven track record of crafting and executing strategies that align seamlessly with organizational culture and goals.
