Carver is a Senior Manager in Grant Thornton’s Human Capital Solutions Practice and specializes in compensation and human resources services. Carver is based in Charlotte and has over 10 years of experience in compensation and human resources consulting. Her qualifications include human capital risk assessments, executive and broad-based compensation, M&A due diligence, human capital internal audits, and benefit plan compliance. In addition, she has provided interim human resources assistance as well as human resources consulting during mergers and acquisitions. Carver has worked with both public and private companies in a variety of industries. Carver is currently focused on supporting companies that are conducting risks assessments or internal audits.
Carver has her Bachelors in Business Administration from Meredith College and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
