Currently, he leads and implements global rewards initiatives, focusing on advancing pay transparency throughout the organization. One of the key projects he co-leads at Siemens is Pay Parity, aimed at promoting a culture of trust and empowerment.

In his personal time, Mudit enjoys reading, is passionate about financial well-being, and loves traveling to state and national parks across the U.S.
