Tonushree Mondal has over twenty-five years of global experience partnering with senior leadership teams to improve organizational effectiveness. She is a recognized strategic partner who provides practical, business-relevant HR solutions across industry segments and geographies, including to many Fortune 500 clients. Prior to starting her own business almost a decade ago, she was the SVP of Talent at Hudson’s Bay Company. Before this role, she spent 15 years at Mercer Consulting as a partner and the North American practice leader for the firm’s Talent business.

She has an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI, India’s top HR business school. She has frequently published articles in Forbes and contributed to Workspan and other leading HR magazines. Over the years, she has spoken at many conferences, including WorldatWork, HRPS, HR Tech, the PA Conference for Women, and multiple Leap HR Conferences.
