Simone Nelson is the Director of Compensation at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She has over twenty-five years of experience in compensation in various specialties ranging from broad-based compensation, executive compensation, long-term/short-term incentive administration, sales compensation, and global compensation program design. She has developed compensation programs within various industries, including healthcare, high-tech, finance, consumer products, and manufacturing. 

Some of the previous organizations before St Jude include Georgia-Pacific, Acuity Brands Lighting, and CenturyLink (now Lumen Technologies). Simone graduated from Mississippi College in Clinton, MS, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She then attended the University of Southern Mississippi, where she received a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration.
