Jessica Kennedy is a Partner in Mercer’s Career business in New York, specializing in global job architecture frameworks, skills frameworks, total reward strategies, and compensation programs that align with organizational goals.
With extensive experience across various industries, including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, high-tech, and financial services, Jessica has managed complex client accounts both domestically and globally.
Recent projects include developing a global job architecture for a life sciences company, creating a compensation structure for a multinational high-tech conglomerate, and designing a total rewards strategy for a technology solutions firm. She has also worked on compensation programs for utilities and medical device companies, as well as incentive plans for consumer products organizations.
Before joining Mercer, Jessica was part of Deloitte's Human Capital practice.
She holds a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
