Molly works with clients in the Talent Management and Rewards space specifically in total rewards strategy, career frameworks, and job and skill design. Molly supports clients across a broad range of geographies and industries. She also is also helping Mercer define how to advise clients on becoming skills-powered organizations through her role as US Skills Solutions Lead.
