Kate leads the development of total rewards strategy at Cummins Inc., a leader in power solutions for multiple industries, with more than 70,000 employees worldwide. Previously, she led global health and wellness strategy. She has nearly 25 years of experience leading employee benefits and total rewards strategies and operations in manufacturing and technology industries. Kate joined Cummins in May 2020 with a focus on creating a long-term health and well-being strategy, designed to support and improve the whole health of Cummins’ employees and their families. She previously led global benefits and well-being at Cooper Standard Automotive and spent 16 years at Visteon Corporation, managing and leading global benefits, well-being and human resource initiatives. Kate has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
