Teri is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Sapient Insights Group, a woman-owned Human Resource Research and Advisory firm based in Atlanta GA. She is also the host of the popular podcast, HR We Have a Problem.

Teri has more than 25 years of experience in global human resource consulting and HR systems. She specializes in helping organizations improve their HR technology strategy, service delivery, change management, and talent strategy execution. She has a background in mergers and acquisitions, total rewards, talent management, and product management strategy. Her experience is across industries spanning large multinationals to startups.

Before joining Sapient, she held multiple roles at Mercer, including Software Business Leader, Product Strategy, and Head of Client Success for Talent Technology. Teri also led the brand rebuild for the Compensation solution at Peoplefluent before their acquisition. She has a BS in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Louisville.
