Jessica Croft is the Compensation Director at Kiewit, where she leads the strategic development and implementation of comprehensive compensation programs. In this role, Jessica ensures that the company's compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with both industry standards and the company's financial objectives. Her expertise is crucial in attracting and retaining top talent within the organization.
Jessica has been instrumental in driving key initiatives such as DEI pay equity analysis, M&A integration planning and execution, job architecture resdesign, and managing geographic pay differentials across Canada, the US, and Mexico. Her exceptional leadership and strategic vision have earned her a pivotal role in leading the company's Legacy and Women in Kiewit Scholarship programs, which aim to foster diversity, inclusion, and professional development within the company.
Since joining Kiewit in May 2011, Jessica has become a cornerstone of the organization's human resources department. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. In addition to her academic achievements, Jessica is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
