Mr. Don Hubbart has 25 years of HR & Total Rewards experience across various industries; He has extensive background in base compensation, variable incentive programs, global compensation, executive compensation, M&A, recognition, benefits, and HR systems. Don's current role is Head Sales Incentive Center for Siemens Digital Industries. Past speaking engagements include several appearances at WorldatWork Spotlight on Sales Compensation, WorldatWork Total Rewards Conference, Chicago Compensation Association. Don has also served for nearly 10 years on both the Chicago Compensation Association Board of Directors including as Board President, and as well the WorldatWork Sales Compensation Advisory Council.
