Zach has over 22 years of consulting experience and is a member of WTW’s North America and global executive compensation leadership teams where he helps drive growth and related global market initiatives. He spends most of his time advising public company Boards and management teams on the full range of governance, incentive design, disclosure and related executive compensation topics that Boards deal with in the ordinary course. From an external perspective, he has led many technical roundtables with clients, and has helped manage the development of numerous intellectual capital tools over the years, including the firm’s U.S. Executive Compensation Guiding Principles. He has also been a featured panelist on executive compensation trends and issues.
