Tammy Martin, with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, has held pivotal roles at major retail brands like Timberland, Longaberger, HSN, and SERVPRO. As the new Director of Total Rewards, HRIS & People Analytics, for The Gorilla Glue Company, she will ensure long term strategies are developed to attract and retain highly engaged employees. Tammy’s expertise extends to leading HR infrastructure development, compensation, and career pathing programs. Recently, she contributed to healthcare organizations, focusing on acquisition work and total rewards. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Daniel Webster College and actively participates in the University of Tennessee Advisory Board’s Women’s Leadership Program
