Known for plain speaking and the ability to “see around corners”, he worked with all major HR Technology Providers delivering guidance on the evolution of technology and product/market fit. Two projects are of interest. He was on the Board of Directors at Salary.com from its start to the eventual sale to IBM. Between 2010 and 2021, he evangelized and chronicled the industry’s adoption of AI.

As VP of Marketing, John brings his deep substantive experience to bear on Salary.com’s narrative. In 2024, he is launching a Narrative project that delivers a substantial news story each week. He is committed to educating the broader market about the value of a grounded professional approach to compensation.
