Rebecca is a Senior Vice President with Aon’s Health Solutions practice in Philadelphia. In this role she works with clients to develop benefits strategies and solutions to attract and retain talent, address diverse workforce needs, and improve population health and wellbeing. Prior to joining Aon in September 2023, Rebecca was a senior director at Willis Towers Watson (WTW) for 19 years where she served as health and benefits lead consultant for numerous large employers to develop benefit strategies to attract and retain talent and address diverse workforce needs. Rebecca specializes in the areas of health equity, neurodiversity, and emotional wellbeing and supports clients with managing all aspects of their health and welfare

benefit programs, including strategy and design, pricing, benchmarking, financial management, compliance activities and vendor procurement. Rebecca also served as WTW health and benefits large market practice leader for Greater Philadelphia market from 2020-2021. Rebecca works with clients in varying industries, including financial services, insurance, pharmaceutical, utility, and public entities.
